Inner Turmoil to Inner Peace

Go from inner turmoil to inner peace with: the three-step method to raising consciousness. This method was created to help global leaders, citizens, & communities thrive in accordance with the ideals of love, truth, and service. It starts with a person-centered approach of identifying important aspects of one’s own ego that have psychological & social consequences. Following this process, the focus becomes on transforming communities through acts of service and raising the collective consciousness through specialized meditation practices aimed at rewiring egoic programming.

Overview of the Three-Step Method

The steps in the Three-Step Method to Raising Consciousness are:

1. Call Yourself Out: Take a good hard look at where you are compensating for “not being good enough.” Are you always trying to look good? Are you a work-a-holic? Are you obsessed with likes on social media? Be honest with yourself. To deepen this exploration, take the Ego Personality Test, a measure designed to map out the current structure of one’s ego.

2. Stop Trying to Prove Yourself: Stop trying to change the way your body looks. Stop over-working. Stop living for likes on social media. You are good enough. Act like it! At first, it might be scary, but then you feel FREE. Surrendering the parts of your ego you cling to the most is the key. This work guides you through taking conscious action that is in line with loving awareness in order to liberate your consciousness from the grips of ego.

3. Empty Your Mind (of Trash): Take all the fear-based programming of your mind that says you’re “not good enough,” bag it up, and throw it out. The “trash” are all of the conditions you have for loving yourself (e.g., I can love myself IF I am successful, I can love myself IF my body is fit, I can love myself IF other people like me). None of these conditions are real. Love is unconditional. Self-love is unconditional too. You can’t love yourself if you have conditions. Specialized meditations based on the results of your Ego Personality Test (EPT) results, will help you to empty your mind.

Taken together, these steps raise one’s baseline level of consciousness and invite in transpersonal experiences of loving awareness & oneness.
